I believe that everybody in malaysia love to drink teh tarik or “Pulling Tea” hahaha LOL !

I also believe all Malaysian love to eat Roti Canai

But do you like the service at the Mamak Restaurant?

I and my wife just comeback from mamak restaurant ” Seri Kuchai”. We go the with a smiling but we out from with a sour face. why?

1) When we sit at the table no body look at us.

2) when we look at the waiters, they try to look some where else

3) When we order roti canai it take around 10 minutes to get it

4) When we finish our roti canai we decide to add another one each. once again no body look at us. All the waiter try to look some where else

5) when we get one waiter, he just said ” wait for a while”

6) After 10 minutes we able get one waiter to place our order to add more roti canai

7) after wait for a few minutes, the table next to us also order roti canai.

after wait for a while the waiter send one roti canai to the table next to us.

9) after few more minutes, the waiter send another roti canai to the table next to us.

10) when we look at the waiter, he just say ” wait for a while”

11) after I personally called the waiter to complain, then only he start to rush to get the roti canai for us,

12) the a minutes lates the waiter come to give us ice lemon tea which we never ordered. we refuse to take it

13) when the time we going to pay the bill,they over charge us. We have to paid RM7 instead of RM6

14) When my wife personally ask them the price for each foods, they do not know because now they use automatik pricing ( Hi tech mamak)

15) When we ask why RM7? they said it include the ice lemon tea which we never ordered and drink. Luckily we able to get back the RM1

That all the 15 incidents in a mamak restaurant that make us feel very dispointed. What a bad day.
